**God's A Mechanic**

Hey guys, i dunoe why but i just felt the urge to share this with all of u~so this is it~ i got reminded in CR ~ this week was seriously not a gud week for me.. i had nvr felt this bad b4.. the down person was so strong that it even pulled me away from god~i had never felt this bad~ the worst feeling ever..i dun knw y did i feel so down~ till i dont know what to do ~ i cried myself to sleep pass few nites~ i jus couldn't wait for campus revo when i could be stired up by god 's holy spirit once again~ i know god never leaves me~ he was always there for me ~ thanks Janel n Joanne for the reminder ~it was a tough week for me~ being shoot at one by one.. and all i could say soree for the misunderstanding ~ than i had another unexpected news~ someone who i didnt expected would do such a thing~and i screwed him upside down cuz i couldnt take it anymore~ it was like a domino~ which fell straight away one after another~ non stop~and m soree Lord for the things that i have done~ i know i shouldn't do it~ but it was just so hard ~ that is y i wasn't really active on fb last few nites ~if u all realized~if not its ok~ and here comes the day i have been waiting for~its CR (yesterday) thanks Mel..l for the awakening moment.. well guess its true ~ guess god is working on our broken pieces, he is a mechanic who repairs our bits n bits of broken hearts ~and it may hurt ~ but it will have a gud end to it~so people!! sty strong as u are!! cont to run this race n never give up!! his plans never fails!! hey guys im back for the news updates for the last pass few weeks,ok..so this was what happened on the 15th of May.. we had a day of personality test, its about knowing urself better and also others, so that we know how to go about mixing around after knowing one another personality, to built a better friend relationship.Today we had a speaker who is ms.Johnson if m not wrong..well, she talked about teachers being a role model, and also how important of us being a good christian to be a good role model and a teacher to the others.We had her to speak about 1st then only we had worship section and last but not least games: which is personality test.XD and guess what most of us are sanguine if i am not wrong.. ahaha.. isn't it interesting to know one another personalities.hope u all had lots of fun being in the fellowship with us .. XD hope to see u all soon..

today campus revo meet was extremely incredible..thank u lord for bringing joaane, may n janel into campus revo...thank u for speaking to them lord...i just felt god's presence, god's holy spirit..upon the whole room... it was jus man.. i do not know how to describe this feelings of mine...thank u janel, may n joanne.. for allowing us to pour everything out.. tho i wasnt really ready to share.. i couldnt take it anymore and i just had to poured everything out.. i had never cried so much in my life before.. i just felt hopeless.. didn't know what to do but just to pour everything out..i couldn't talk..i just couldnt open my mouth.. if i would im gonna cry even more..i was extremely tired already.. i could feel my legs and hands shivering(tho i was sitting down)..i feel like i am out of breath.. i couldnt breath...was just to restless after pouring everything out.. it was my 1st time i ever felt this way.. after all those that happen.. i just dunnoe how to describe those feelings.. thank u god for today lord.. thank you !! and i just wan to say how much i love u.. in jesus name i pray amen!!

hey people...!! how was Easter celebration going on?guess it was Awesum !!!

Well, we also had an awesum time with the lord last friday~ we celebrated easter by having easter games(we had station games)hope u all had fun tho..!! eheh.. XD

After the games ... we had a time of sharing...from pastor dave.. thank u pastor dave for sharing.. we have looked into who are we.. we are all sinners... we all sin against God.. nobody in this world is perfect.. and so Jesus had made the 1st move to save us from sins... this is what easter is all about.. Jesus the son of God had died for us on he cross for our sins, he was burried and he rosed again.. and now we are celebrating the joy that he is alive until today..!! woots..! hallelujah!!dear god..thank u lord for dieing on the cross for us.. thank u for the nail pierced hands...amen!!

and after the message... we gave out the prices for the teams that had won..

So its a moment for us to come to the Lord.. having personal time with the Lord.. and our worship leader for the day is Ailynn!!(aunty ailynn..) XD thanks Ailynn for leading us..!! today we had a little special moment.. ehehe.. thanks to ailynn. she gave me the opportunity to be her back up.. and we had a new comer which is Mr.Henry ehehe... :p He practiced with us for worship the day before and he picked up fst..!! praise the lord.. see-ing another worship leader coming up.. woots..ehe.. so we pulled him up as our back up as well..it seems he is having fun..! ehehe~ we all did didnt we?? Pr Sarah is Acts Kids pastor had been a christian for 8 years and this year she had become a Pastor.

She shared about foundation of Christianity. To constantly hungry for God, seek Him. So in another word, constantly have our quiet time, listen and obey Him. :) She also shared with us on how stubborn she could be.. as in stubborn in a good way... being stubborn for the word of God.. she said she had this mentally where she would say I want more of God I don't care..!! isnt she awesum!!??

Committee Prayer Meet

Once again~ we met up for Campus Revo prayer meet..!! wh3ee.. so we started of with Committee prayer meet.. @ 10.30am.. we gathered circumstances that we need to pray for as a committee..to start our day off with ...a time of worship...As we all believe every prayer is a powerful weapon~ every prayer will move the hands of God.. that our prayer does the things our hands cannot do,and so every time we pray, the mountains are removed and the paths are made straight and nations turns to YOU..with this being said..we moved on to prayer needs that we have gathered during last Friday CF prayer box.. just in case u all were wondering what prayer box.. well. we actually started a prayer need box.. where u all could write down any prayer request..in the box.. and it will be kept Private n Confidential.. and when the following prayer meet comes.. we will gather all the prayer needs and we,the committee members will pray for u all..amen!! XD

And its now 11am..after everybody came.. we started a fresh new time round for a time of worship .. to gather our spirit together..before we moved on to prayers.. we were lead by May(for worship) thanks May for leading us.. :) then we had a time of personal prayer needs.. we broke into groups praying for one another needs..and we moved on to praying for our unsaved friends and also campus.. and we had a time of quite time with God... listening to what He had install for us for the week.. and He has lead us to this verse. thank u may for sharing with us..2 sam 22;26-37... and with this we ended with a time of sharing and we closed in prayer..!! Thank u Lord for this day.. the day that U have made !! Amen!! Today we have a few new members that came to join us!! thank u henry and samual~ for joining us.. thank u kyle n his friend for coming too!! i hope i didnt miss out anyone.. but jus incase thanks a lot everyone for coming and for joining us in the game..!! i hope u all did had fun!! ehehe~enjoyed preparing the ingredients with ailyn n feevien~ ehehhe.. :p

Well today we had a guess speaker from klang church ~ cant really rmb wht church.. which is pastor eng boon if m not mistaken.. well. since he was rushing for time.. we allow him to speak to us 1st b4 we headed to our game and worship section~ we had a messaged on faith and knowledge..!! after pastor eng boon spoke.. we leaded the team for worship time with Melissa and Te May!! ehehe... it was an awesum worship moment with god... i was actually kinda disturbed at that moment... i was controlling myself the whole time ~ so that i will not pour out just like that infront of all of u~ which it will gonna be embarrassing..i wasnt being myself yesterday~ and im soree ~ i was suppose to follow and be mel's back up singing ~ but i just cant do so~ i wasnt ready and emotionally disturbed..during worship ~ the songs that Melissa chose just hit me right to the point! i couldn't take it anymore and i just teared .. until the end of worship~ i just felt god's presences ...and it made me cry even more... thank u god for being there always and never forsake us ~ thank u god ~

After worship section ~ we proceeded to the time we were all waiting for!! game time!! bwahaha~ me ailyn n feevien got ready the ingredients needed for the food guessing time!! while misha leaded them for a small round of introduction~ we then divided the crowd into 2 groups ~ each group will choose a representative.. and come up front to the table ~ we will randomly pick an ingredient and feed them... and they will be trying to guess what ingredient was it...!! hahah~ jus loved their expression on their faces when the food is put into their mouths... hehee :p well.. thank god it all went well.. ehehe~ hope u all had fun with us!! do come join us more often yo!! hope to see u all next round..!! have a blessed weekend..!! after the meeting..misha declared for Snowflake visit..lolz...hehehe..So..Me,Jevin,Kayyi,melissa(mel),feevien(ama fee):p,misha, mr.francis,and ailyn went for the snowflake while the rest went back home..!! XD We went over to Kota Damansara's Snowflake.. and this was what happen during snowflake..XD

1st April -April Fool...

hey people..!! so yea..last friday was fools friday~ did all managed to fool anywan~?? hahaha.lolz.. it was fun fooling around isint it?? well.. As for us CF.. we got fooled by our dear bro Jevin and His friend.. @@..we were suppose to have our CF for the day in Theater Hall.. but our dear bro Jevin~ fooled us by putting up a notice saying that our Cf have been moved to Blackbox.. as other classes would like to use th hall for their presentaion.. and so they had to moved the piano and move everything to the blackbox.. halfway through their process of moving, i came by.. and i was lost on what was going on.and they said that theater hall "was being book by other classes from 12.30pm-4.3pm" and we shifted over to black box.. (we didnt know that we were being fooled then~ untill jevin came by showing us the notice, saying that he was the one that did the notice.. some of us actually got angry because the guys and us had tomove everything there and now you come telling us saying it was fake.. and we then realise it was April Fool... @@.. . hahha~lolz.. anyways that was our april story for the day~

and now its time for games.. we played a game which needed us to write down 2 true statement of urself and one fake statement .. and then when it comes to your turn, u say all 3 out and others wil guess which wan is the fake wan..

Inspiring message

Its now time for sharing ..we were suppose to get a pastor to share with us ~ but then last minute he couldnt make it so.. we got our dear Preseident to Share her walk with God throughout her life.. it was one inspiring message from her then.. we all really got encouraged by her sharing of faith in God...

And we ended CF with another testimony from Jevin ~ and a short testimony from Mr.Francis...

man~ i was speechless.. of how god jus worked in our lives.. it couldn't be that coincidence ~ here's what happen~ i was thinking back on what had happened during worship last nite.. and i remembered mel told me that she was praying hard earlier on.. that i would prolong my worship because Hannah haven't arrived yet.. during worship halfway through singing We Wana See Jesus Lifted High ~ i was just scanning around the room~ thinking as fast as i could should i go a few more rounds before i moved on to our last song.. because i felt worship was a little longer then usual..and i felt it is time to end worship but while i was scanning around the room..i was leading unconsciously when i heard a voice saying that Hannah not here yet.. and i was unconsciously repeating the same song a few more rounds..because i was half nervous and half worshiping... before i proceeded to the last song(ur awesum in this place).. and by the time hannah yeoh came in~ i was about to end worship alrdy ~ i was like wow~ perfect timing...

FORMAL FRIDAYwoohoo!! another breakthrough for cf..!! today we had another large number of people..!! woots.!! thank u people for supporting YB HANNAH YEOH~ isnt she just simply awesum?? all of us wore formal today to invite YB Hannah Yeoh ~ state assembly man for Subang Jaya..!! she is just one inspiring women!!! thank u lord for bringing hannah yeoh today!! i hope her testimony today would be a eye opener to all of you that attended todays CF.. be the future generation ~ be a change to our country~ and not just run away from it.. !! Amen!!before Hannah Yeohs turn to speak..we had the usuall routine... we had games... ahah~ our dear games leader for the day s misha choo!! ehehe XD we played the blanket game.. !! hehe..

Worship Time

Then we moved on to time of worship~ woots..and guess wut.. its my moment ~ XD man~ praise the lord.. !! that i managed to pull through worship~~ tho i could feel my whole body shaking there.. @@.. i was kinda nervous...@@.. it was my first time worship lead.. infront of such a big crowd.. but thank god it wasnt too big the crowd at the beginning.. XD but in the middle of Hannah Yeoh's testimony~ the crowd grew bigger.. heehhee!! yay!!

Personally i just love her~ a lot.. i felt encouraged every time i listen to her testimony~ she was just an ordinary girl like us(she didnt know a single thing of politics) ~ untill she met christ ~ and until she heared and felt the calling from god to joined the politicans.. it wasn't an easy path for her.. but she managed pulled through by the grace of God..isnt just how awesum God works in our ways... and life.. man~ she is jus one inspiring women~ jus love her lots..!! thank u Hanah Yeoh for sharing..!! hope to see you again~ XD god bless !! :)

Today was awesum!!!God's presence in the room was stronger then ever..!! thank u all who made it for todays campus revo meeting and also for the gathering with the cleaners today~ you guys rocks!! u all made a difference!! do come join us more often yea!! god bless!! :) we had lots of new comers today!! woots..!! praise the lord..!! thank u lord for bringing them into campus revo!! lets welcome : Jaclyna~ Joyce~ Christy~ !! nice having u all with us this morning!!We felt that it was God's calling for us to bless our cleaners in college (segi subang)with lunch and so today we decided to provide them with nasi lemak and cordial drink~ it was an awesum moment getting to know them ~ they look happie with our company ~ thank you lord for showing the way~ and being there for us each every moment..we are looking forward for more of URS lord..!! was blessed today and overwhelmed..!!!

Everyone is playing a melody in life – even you. Difference is, are you in tune?

Its incredible when you gain much more than what you bargained for. Instead of just strumming a few chords, last Friday’s workshop on worship and guitar learning was much more than I, for one bargained for.

We have heard countless time of people preaching about what worship is. A lifestyle, a way of glorifying, and the list never stops. But this time, we were taken to an entirely different perspective of worship. The one where worship means something more than a few words put together called definitions. Much more than that.

Its as if God made all this marvellous creation on planet earth and stepped back to sit and watch our every move while stroking his long white beard.

As rhetorical that statement is, it got me thinking. There are times when we worship, its as if we’re singing and praising someone so far away, like we are some little ant waving to a gigantic human sitting on a throne. That’s almost ridiculous to think about! But it is what most people, I too, have in mind when we worship.

Its as if he only comes once in a while to do some miracle and then leaves.

Isn’t He all around? Isn’t He omnipresent. With what our little minds can comprehend, maybe its time we stop putting God on the little picture book we have so easily created as we grew in our faith. He is right next to you.

Yes, that afternoon, we gained understanding of worship, but most importantly, I, as I can only speak for myself, have torn that one page of my picture book. Its about time I threw the whole book and see if He can surprise me all over again. But one step at a time.

You try now, pull out that pictorial book you have of God, and see if its worth keeping, or else rip it off.

Before CF

Today is FLAUNT it Friday the day that everyone had been waiting for, i believe everyone was excited before cf and lots of things to decide, from the clothing they wants to wear, hair style they're going to set and last by not least make ups! they girls were discussing what are they going to wear on this day over the internet few nights ago, and after 106 comments on the Facebook they finally choose to wear a dress. the guys instead.. well they just don't plan much.

During CF

First of all we'll always start of with introduction about ourself, our course and the question of the day is what is your favorite outfit? then we were supposed to head on to the photo-shoot right away! but because of some circumstances Mr Francis a.k.a our Photographer is still setting up the scene! =( so while Mr Francis is setting up the stuff we started of with the praise and worship first! Today's praise and worship leader are Te May & Jo Ann! We all ♥ them! We'll see them in action again for more upcoming Christian Fellowships! Directly after praise and worship we head on to the Photo-Shoot that everyone's excited about! Do checkout the photos from Facebook! after that we proceeded to Pastors Shawn's word and Max was there with us too!

After CF

After cf alot of us was watching how the photos are printed outside of Black Box. Alot of people are amazed about the tiny printer! then we headed to Summit for our delicious lunch at Sushi King! our group was so big that we had to separate into 3 different tables! Everyone enjoyed the sushis! the bento! and also the laughter!

MEANING OF "IT IS FINISHED"

What does Jesus means when he said "It Is Finished??

All of us are reminded of this 3 simple yet powerful words means

John 19:30

*When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

IT = the sacrificed that God has made

IS = something that actually happened

FINISHED = Jesus paid in full! God died for our sins on the cross for our sins are once for all paid in full, he doesn't need to die on the cross again.

Hebrews 10:10-18

10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

11 Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. 14 For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says:

16 “This is the covenant I will make with them
after that time, says the Lord.
I will put my laws in their hearts,
and I will write them on their minds.”

17 Then he adds:

~Just a Little Sharing from a member Me(Soo Wei)~ on how god has worked in my life~

Revo was just awesum!! had an awesum time with GOd yesterday @ campus revo~ I know its just not about prayers and all but its all about HIM~ looking back during my practicum hours.. when I have to skip ReVo.. I could feel the dryness in me~ without revo.. without prayer.. without people hu will encourage me to move on ~ serving GOD.. today was my 1st day back to revo~ once again~ n as usual!! it had always been AWESUM..!! could really feel god presence once more~ it had been long ever since we asked god for forgiveness to renew our souls...the song GIVE US CLEAN HANDS~GIVE US PURE HEART~ had really strike us..and also the power of your love.. I was wondering what could we sing for worship today and so this morning I thought WHO AM I and POWER OF UR LOVE would do good.. without realizing this morning.. it just goes well with the topic we were discussing this morning..its just amazing on how god has really worked in our life's.. we really want to thank Joanne,Te May,and Janel who had came to serve together with us..!! they are awesum people man~ glad to have them around who had awaken us from some of our wonders..thank u girls.. for waking us up once more.. really appreciated it a lot girls..also.. wana thank u the committee members of CF n CR~ without ur support ur walk with me..in this journey of my life with god... i wouldn't know where i would end up to be... really thank u girls and guys... for walking me through.. i just wonder whats going to happen when i start working.. God.

These three letters. This one word. How can it mean so much? How is it that acknowledging the existence of it brings hope, peace, joy so different,most of all a meaning to life and every little nothing that we do?

How?

Someone once said, God is not something/someone to be debated or questioned about, but He is someone to be experienced.

How can then I talk about something so magnificent, so marvellous, something beyond what my little my mind can grasp? How is it that with my brain, with the little that I know, and understand, I’d like to debate about the the creator of heaven and earth.

A book I once read wrote, trying to understand god is like a deaf man trying to understand Beethoven’s piece.

God. This one word. So big, so debatable, so high and mighty. Yet this same word, so simple, so real, so near like a sigh away, but only the heart knows.

God.

He never forced you into anything. Like a lover, like a father – more than the kind your earthly father can offer you. This God, this lover, same father, this friend will wait, and in the meantime, He will never stop doing good to you.

God. Not a very big word after all?

This journey we are in, nobody else can journey for us. This is your journey, every step you take, every turn you make, its all you.

You try and see. Try God.

++God Is Good !!! God Is AweSuM!!++

Hey peeps..!! so soree for the late updates on cf yo!! have been pretty busy!! so lets get moving to our updates so far during cf~ what we had and what we did over the weeks...!!!

Well.. we really thank God for an AWESUM time we had in Pulau Ketam..!! Its just not about fun and excitement but its all ABOUT HIM!! OUR BELOVED FATHER IN HEAVEN JESUS CHRIST..!! who
has gaven us the opportunity to be in his army, working and serving HIIM..!!

JOuRn3y to PuLaU KeTaM..!!

All of us had to meet in KTM~ at 8am.. and we headed to Pelabuhan Klang.. and from Pelabuhan Klang, we catched a ferry to PULAU KETAM..!! in the ferry.. we had lotsa fun taking pictures fellowshiping together.. and we suddenly remembered about our childhood game we use to play during primary school... it was fun remembering our old times.. one of the games we remembered was "ABC~ 7 up 7 down 7 upside down 7 123~ 7 456~7 eenie minnee mi ni mo..!! lolz."

It took us about 45 min to reach our destination... we then finally reached Pulau Ketam.. we walked over to our hotel we booked for our meeting.. while waiting for our key to the room.. some of us were complaining of hunger~ and so we decided to have our lunch nearby~ we had awesum fuudddiiee and awesum fellowship during lunch time..!! we had bamboo lala..fried oyster.. fried prawns.. mantis prawns..crabs..and soup...!! so full.. and on the way~ we saw an ice cream stall~ so cute.. it was a shape of an egg..and they had the ones in cups..some of us bought the wan in cups and we shared..our beloved adviser.. treated us the ice cream...!! thanks a lot mr.francis..!! it was awesum..!!

It was time to have our meeting and time with the Lord.. so we headed back to our hotel.. rearranged our table in the room.. and we proceeded with our meeting..We started of with the time of worship~ and we discussed a few things .. how can we improve ourself and cf..

After meeting.. some of us thought of ridding the bike.. we asked the owner of the bikes..how much they could give us as we only wanted to ride for an hour or so..their actual price for it was a day for rm5..we negotiated with him and he decided to give us rm4..so we headed of ridding the bike.. !! it was after so long ever since we had touched the bike.. most of us were having hard time getting use to their bikes.. as their bike are different then our usual bikes.. but it was fun!! we thought our dear president how to ride a bike..!! she is real fast learner..!! eheh~ XD we did not had much time to continue our ride..as we had to catch a ferry back home before it turns dark.. but some of us wanted to buy some Keropoks before we head to the ferry stand.. we headed to one of the shops and we bought some home..

We managed to catch a ferry back to the Subang Jaya KTM.. at the ferry stand before the KTM~ they had a wide spacious place for us to take pictures..!! so we decided to take some pictures before heading home..!!We walked over to the KTM~ and bought our tickets.. according to the counter lady ~ she said we had 30 min before the next train.. so we decided to head to KFC nearby~ we had small tea time there.. and finally here comes the train~ off we go.. home sweet home.. though its only for a day.. we still had lotsa fun fellowship~ing with one another..!! thank u GOD for the awesum time together..!! looking forward for more.!!god bless u all!! xoxo.. have a blessed week ahead..!! xoxo :)

Its beginning.

Can you hear it from a distant? Can you smell the fire burning the passion? Can you?

Its dark now, the night before the semester begins for most of us. in a couple of hours, we will lay our head to rest. In a few hours, the city will be asleep, not so much of a sound on the street.

In less than twenty hours, the lights will be turned on. The sun will rise, the streets flooded with roaring machines. You got your stuff set, you’re prepared for school all over again. But are you really ready?

A friend once said, “ Don’t regret mistakes done yesterday, for you learn from it.Regrets are for the same mistakes done today.”

So are you ready? You’re all set for the journey, got your new year’s resolution for new shoes. But are you ready to take a new step? You might have slipped the last time, fell, stood and walked. But are you going to walk the same path?

Someone wise once said, “ Don’t walk on the road, but walk the path not taken and leave a trail”.

This year, let’s not settle for second best. We are capable of much more greater things. The Creator said, ask anything in My name and I will have it done. My friend, He is ready, has always been.

Question now is, are you ready?

Build the fire. Get ready, cause when you are, He will Ignite you.

Welcome to our CF's blog, fellow faithful readers! *Give yourself a big clap for taking the effort to click in.

Today was our last CF meeting for the year as we waved goodbye to 2010, and hello 2011. Of course, looking forward to greater things to come! Had 22 precious CF members and newcomers altogether at our Goodbye 2010 CF. A warm welcome to our newcomers- Joyce #2 (Joyce #1 is the talented pianist in CF), Harvinder and Serina. And it's sooo good to see Te May, Joanne, Janel, Jo Ann, Hon Sen for their 2nd CF today!

As it was our last CF of 2010, we kickstart-ed CF with a slideshow of CF happenings & power-packed events this whole year- SEGi Revolution P.A.R.T.Y., SEGi CF Camp, Campus Revo and a few more (which I forgotten). ;p

Proceeded to games led by AiLynn, and worship led by Fee Vien. Had a an awesome time listening to Mr. Francis sharing on 3 points:
a) Acknowledge God that He exists
b) Have a personal relationship with Him
c) Listen to Him

Later on, he shared a personal heartwarming story about his 5 years old daughter.
*While putting her to bed,
Mr Francis: Can you remain this cute and don't grow up (while cupping her face in the palm of his hands) forever?
Daughter: Forever?
Mr. Francis: Yeah, forever.
Daughter: Why?
Mr. Francis: Coz you're cute- as in this size and all.
Daughter: Leave it in the hands of God.

As many of us in CF know, Mr. Francis has also been like a father to many of us here. On another note, today, God is wanting to have that personal father-son/daughter relationship with us. Do you want to have a relationship with him? Or are you already in one- break up then get back to God, then break up again? It's your choice. No force. But we know a relationship with God is the best among any other. Why? Coz He will never break up with us or leave us. No matter how many times we have failed him. =)

Ok ok, back to CF. And so, after sharing, we had testimonies by life-changing people: Misha, Prasanand, Jevin. And because we had another class waiting to use the Theatre Hall for class, we ended with our CF 2010 highlights video. Credits given to Prasanand. Will try to post the video + slideshows up here as soon as possible.

After CF, some of us who could make it, celebrated Prasanand's birthday @ Sunway Pyramid. His Christmas wish was a Bible yo! But we couldn't wait till Christmas, so we got him for his 19 birthday coming up soon!

Now, when the year ends, does your dream end there too? Do your little promises to yourself go unfulfilled?

I would say that is very much up to you. If you wanted to make a change, go make that change, you’ve still got time, an entire lifetime to be precise. If it’s getting fit, go take a run then. Whatever it is, this year, instead of making false promises and failing on it, let’s live it up!

And just because I said you have an entire lifetime, does not mean you get to take your time, because no one is sure when lifetime ends for them. Scary truth. So start living it up, put your hopes, dreams, promises, on the line, challenge it, and let the Maker help you out.

And when your dreams and whatever you have worked for works out well, that would be a good part, because that’s when you get a new dream, a new passion for new things. (quoted Rapunzel the movie)

The Shepherd knows His sheeps

Any ordinary shepherd would do this when his sheep strays too far away from him. The shepherd would break one of the legs of the sheep. And he would carry the sheep on his back around his shoulder. As soon as the sheep's leg heals, it will never stray too far away ever again. Not because it is afraid its other legs might be broken, but because it knows the master so well after spending all the time around his shoulders. Of Mountains and Battles.

Our life's are made out of so many things- routines, expectations, miracles, accomplishments, and battles.

Battles.

We all have our own battles. Some battles we have won, some are not meant to be won, but to learn from, while some others are still being fought at the battleground.

Recently, some of us had the opportunity to rejuvenate in His presence at the mountain tops- the SEGi CF Camp. The mountain tops are usually the place where, in the Bible, God meets his anointed ones. One of the many was Moses. The mountain tops and the hill tops are where we are left alone, far from our routines, from distractions, where its just you and Him. Where that still small voice seems loud and clear. Where you gain your strength, to fight the battles.

But remember when you get back to the valleys, the battle is still on. Remember also that His hands are always upon you. Do not forget that still small voice, for it might seem unclear and distant, but He never stopped speaking. The stronger you are, the harder the battle will be. For those who have just arrived at the battle ground, welcome back soldiers, we have been waiting for you. For those who had to stay back, do not give up.

Rise, rise and rise again until lambs become lions -Robin Hood

Fight your fight. Sickness, unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, shattered dreams, crushed hope, whatever ti is - fight is and fight for it. The battle is still on, you can sit back in the shelter and watch how you are loosing, or, put on that armor- and fight the good fight. If you fall, remember to rise up, remember the war has been won for us.

I think God is funny and nice and is full of surprises.

Like i said in the posts much earlier, I don't post another post after a few minutes. But He just makes me do it. why?

Here's why?
Because I was blogging earlier and I, like any of you was trying hard to believe in what I write, it was a challenge for myself. Then, as soon as I was done, the very thing I was worried about, its taken care of.

Isn't He awesome. He is. He really is.

Now you try. Rest.

Campus Revo : What did He say today?

So, yesterday at campus revo. If you missed it, you can try again next week.

Nope, it wasn't songs this time. He was in the mood for animals. Eagles. Two of it. One served its purpose, the other didn't for it sat as a statue on a building.

Even as I write this, I think to myself, maybe He wants to put us high up there for everyone to see. But then, He says, nope, I will make you soar on My wings, to Greater Heights.

Fun Fact #1 Eagles do not need to flap too many times to soar, just a few.

He will bring us to greater heights if we only rely on His wings. The SEGi CF camp, I sincerely applaud the team who has been working harder than ever on the camp. But lets take rest now. Lets stop flapping. Lets lay rest at His feet.

For you, whatever you are worried about, working so hard but not achieving. Maybe because you need rest on His wings. I'm not going to lie to you, its not going to be easy. But at least next week Wednesday, when you come for Campus Revo for a two hours encore, lets sit at his presence and wait.

Remember Martha and Mary? Martha went about working and working, but Mary just sat by His feet. Lets be like that for now. Lets stop using our wings to hide from the rain, and lets run into our Father's wings.

Come fasting a meal on Wednesday next week (25th September) at 10am-12pm.

So what did He say? still unsure. He said:

Dear one, take rest. For I am here. Trust Me. For I only desire good things concerning you. Will you let Me carry you?

A Love Story

Salvation.

How did it all begin?

Everything has a beginning. Your beginning was the formation in your mother's womb. A song is burst from a single tone. A forest starts with a single tree. So, everything has a beginning? Nope. He is eternity. Because beginning is a referral for timing. And we are bound by time, but not the Father. For time was something we came up with-humans. Therefore, it can be said that time is relative. And He is eternity.

The story.

The story starts like this. The Lord made you and I. loved us. We sinned. He came. He died. he rose again. hence, Salvation is believing that He died on the cross to wash away our sins. That's all.

Not really. There is more to this.

That's why a story is known as a story. Reality speaks differently. Today, I will speak of reality, and I pray that you will know with your heart and not your mind what salvation really is. You see, our Father, He didn't sit there, mould and make us so that we can sin and He can say "Aha!", and then purposely send His Son to die. No. He didn't plan it this way. He planned to love. And so He gave us a choice. You see, if all He wanted was worshipers, He would have summoned the angels to do so. But instead He made you, because He wants to love and to be loved.

To love and to be loved.

Sounds familiar? sounds like you? Maybe because you were created in His own image. He is a Father full of love. He cannot stop loving. It is His nature to love.

Now imagine this

There is this person you really love. Or a pet dog maybe. You really love them. Really really. And you discovered there is this remote on sale now. Its called The Perfect Love Remote. If yo install this on your friend, they will have to love you forever. Unconditional Love. Would you install it? They will HAVE TO love you if you do install it. The Father didn't install such buttons on us, not because He couldn't but because He didn't want to. He gave us a CHOICE instead. To love or turn away.

A choice.

He gave Adam and Eve a choice. He made everything beautiful. But He let the tree of the knowledge of good and evil grow. And as the story goes, they choose to eat the fruit of the tree, disobeying Him. Disobedience. Sin. Death was therefore introduced as a consequence.

But we forgot, how He might have hurt on the inside. He knew the possibility that sin might enter the world, just like how we know someone we love might hurt us one day. And things got even worse as you read along Genesis and Exodus and so on. This went to the point where all He could see on earth is sin. He regretted making humans. Regret- is a big word.

Ever regretted on someone? He did. So as the Bible writes, it came a point He Himself had to come down to save us. The Universe was in His hands, the earth His footstool, and He came down.

The way I see it, He sat on the same stool where He made you and I, and made another man- Himself.

You love someone. But were not loved in return. maybe because your love means nothing. Maybe because they forgot. Sacrifice- that will show love. When your dog comes around you all the time, protecting you, loving you, you never gave it much attention. Your dad who has always been there, who were there through your tough times and through your tears, joy, pain, sorrow, you never really noticed. Until one day, that dog dies protecting you. Or that dad suffers and dies saving you. Then you know the love. How much love. how deep the love.

The Sacrifice

So with that, he sent His One and Only Begotten Son- Jesus Christ. The father himself came to earth- for you. And after all the ways He could come to earth, He choose to be born in a stable- the dung, the animals, the smell, the Prince.

Sometimes we get carried away,we always talk about living like the Father, knowing how He lived, how people rebuked Him, and nailed Him, and we want to live like Him and walk like Him (which is good) But we so easily forget to remember the reason He went through it all - Love. So when you want to live like Him and walk like Him, you have to start loving like Him first.

It is finished

The nails went through the palm of His hands. The thorn pierced through His head. The blood soaked His body. He died. He choose to die.

His last words as a man on earth was : It is finished. now you might think, -wow, I think I get it now- But wait, don't leave when the credits roll up, because there might be some surprise element like in the movies. The Father did not just die, He conquered death, and rose up to life again on the third day. At this very moment He is sitting next to the Father, interceeding for you and I.

So what is Salvation? - Sacrifice of Love. The unspoken words of the Father. 2nd Chance.

With so much love for you, won't you help Him tell the broken hearted, the wounded souls, the unloved, about His love.

John 3:16 For God SO loved the world that He gave His One and only begoten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

So much of love.

Campus Revolution News : What did He say today.

SEGi Subang Jaya had our Campus Revo last morning. So what did He( Our Father ) say?

Well, reporting live from the room 10.10 on 11th August 2010, we have with us Aaron, one of the committee. According to Aaron : God seemed to be speaking through songs.

No, I kid you not. Some of us had songs, not just any random songs, but different songs that all meant one thing. Some saw visions. This may seem doubtful, but remember the scripture, your young man shall see vision and the old shall dream dreams. Amen.

So what were all these songs building up to?

SALVATION

Yes, salvation. That the Lord Almighty died on the cross for you and I. The next post will be on this subject- Salvation. But as for now, if you are saved, and you know what salvation is, then do this - Go tell 1 person about your Father's love.

But if you have no idea what Salvation is. Or maybe it sounds as bizzare as camories sounds to you, then wait. The next post will be for you.

It got me realizing that many of the post I've written has an imagine this word.

So ladies and gentleman, brothers and sisters of all age. Today's topic of Imagine This is *drum rolls*

CAMORIES

You can stop goggle-ing that word, because it doesn't exist. Yes, you heard me, it doesn't exist. But just because it doesn't exist doesn't mean it means nothing. Let me put a meaning to it, a definition perhaps.

Imagine This.

Its 12am on the clock, you're on your bed. You whispered your goodnight prayers and you lay on your bed. Reflecting on how the day went, you slowly, gently let your eyelid fall. And you slowly turn to get yourself comfortable. You think you are about to fall asleep because tomorrow holds something bigger. And then

BAM

your heart starts pounding, your hands start fidgeting. Tomorrow, you think. You force your eye shut to gain some sleep because tomorrow might hold something greater. But the bed grew warmer. You turn and toss and turn and toss and turn and toss. Finally, you sit up on your bed. Turned to look around your room and there you found it.

Snacks and snacks all packed. Clothes folded and fit into backpacks. And the Bible waiting. Tomorrow might hold something greater for me, something greater for you because tomorrow might be

Testimony of Love

I don't usually post twice on one day. But this I have to.

He is nearer than you think. Exactly. He knows your thoughts.

I have just tasted His Love.

Its beautiful. When you feel His love, its unexplainable, so don't try explaining with man's tongue, it would bring tears to your eye- tears of joy. You would feel undeserving, but He will tell you, "I am your Father, and I love you".

Listen to His still small voice. Wait, don't rush, let the hours pass, but wait patiently -You will hear His still small voice.

Grasp that loving words, don't explain it, no man can understand. Not even you. Because explaining means putting it into head knowledge, and oh, how confined are our heads, filled with earthly matters. The Fathers voice, only the heart understands it.

Quiet down. Listen.

Love.

It all boils down to love doesn't it. Last night, I had to read my baby brother to sleep. There wasn't much of an option for me to choose what story to read him. So, one story I could think of from the top of my head was a story you might be familiar with. Even if you haven't heard of this story, you might feel like you have.

It was a story of creation.How everything was made. The heaven, the earth, the light, the darkness, the animals, and man - You and I.

I remember reading a book- one part of it wrote a description which is a big part of the story I am about to tell you. And so, in effort of wanting to take me baby brother into the story, which I wasn't supposed to because its bedtime story, I retold the story of creation in a child-like way. And then I understood it myself.

Imagine this.

It was a bright day, the sun was shinning bright, the trees were standing tall, the grass were lavishly green, but there is something odd with the picture. The animals were all gathered in a commotion. They gathered in a circle, focusing on whats encircled in. In the middle, there was a man who sat on his stool. He was a potter, and with tired hands, he worked on the clay. Perfecting it. The lions curiosity asked the deer, "what do you think He is making this time?", the hippo turned to the giraffe and asked if it could understand what was being made. The giraffe."I think its a- wait, I think-oh-huh" They couldn't make of it.

But all creation stood in awe- the potter's soft breath fell gently upon the clay and went into it. The clay reflected the potter- His own breath, His own image.

His own.

The potter then stood, looking at His own creation, He smiled and said "It is good."

There you go, that is how you and I, we were made. Detailed. Perfect. because you are the only one, His only one.

I took the liberty to ask my baby brother why he think God created us.

So we could worship Him, he said.

If he wanted a worshiper, He had His angels. But he made you instead. Because,

he wants to fellowship with man - You
he wants to have a relationship with man - You
he want to love man - You

See, I told you it all comes down to love.

Love, because He is love.

SEGi College Prayer Meeting!!!

Come, let's gather together and pray for our campus, for our unsaved friends who have yet to know Jesus, for our campus (students) to be transformed by the love of God! We know as much as we want to see this, the devil will also be there to distract and stop us. Therefore, we need to pray to fight. It's a long term thing to see the fruits/results, but we know whatever we do for God is never wasted as we sow seeds + faith into people's lives!

Join us on every Wednesday @ 11am, 1st floor (outside Student Council/fayette House room). We have Campus Revo right after that! See you there! =)

Campus Revo Updates!

A short update on Campus Revo..

Last Wed, we met for our 3rd Campus Revo meeting and we were led by the Holy Spirit to give out curry puffs and coffee to cleaners.

So on Friday morning, we gathered, collected our curry puffs from canteen operator and made a jug of nice coffee (thanks to the kind assistance of 1st floor cafe operator who helped us make the coffee taste better with creamer + Indocafe coffee powder + keep tasting repetitiously till the coffee's got the right taste, all for free of charge! mmm.. trust me, the coffee turned up smelling really good!

Here's the picure of the curry puffs with the note "Yesus Cintaimu" which means Jesus Loves You.

Some of you might wonder what is Campus revo all about?

Campus Revo is basically a movement that wants to see change happen in our campuses. It may not happen instantly, but we believe ONE person can make a difference to bring change to our campus by LOVE.

What we do?

We pray to God, listen to Him, and obey Him whatever He placed in our hearts to do for Him- it can be like sitting with a classmate who is alone, bringing your Bible and leaving it open, random acts of kindness, giving out encouraging notes to our friends and pray for them etc.

You can join us every Wed, 11:15am-12pm at 1st floor (outside Student Council/Fayette House Room).

Come join us to partner with us to see our campus transformed for God!

The Inventor

This was what that kept me pondering this week and I hope it will somehow do the same to you.

The inventor. An inventor is a person who invents something new. And the inventions made, it usually comes with special purpose. I mean, why would someone make something that has no purpose right? And often, the invention becomes more purposeful when the inventor spends more time creating it, working on it.

By now, I hope you know the inventor here is Our Father in Heaven, and the invention is you and I.

But unlike objects, we, His creation, His invention become more aware of our purpose when we spend time with Him. Not the other way around. There is no better person who would know the purpose you and I are made for besides the creator Himself.

And each and everyone. Yes, I'm talking about that girl who sits next to you in class, or that guy who stands in line with you at the cafeteria, ALL of us have a different purpose. A special one. In life's journey, there are times we do get lost, we ask ourselves, why am I here? And being lost is perfectly normal. But instead of questioning and questioning, the very best way to know our purpose is to go back to the creator himself. Ask Him. Talk to Him. Then wait for the answer.

Believe me, He will answer, all you got to do is, wait and listen.

Project Mordecai Launch

What is this launch all about you might ask, we'll let me simplify for you.

Imagine a little kid, full of passion, full of potential and life. Did you just feel like I was talking about you? Well, maybe I am- you are part of the CF anyway. So, back to this kid, he has so much he wants to do, and so much he can do and not aware of it. But often, just like this kid, we have been to that point we feel like we have all the passion but no direction, no guidance.

Of course, Jesus itself is the one source of guidance, but every child needs a covering. Like, Esther, she had Mordecai to protect and teach her. Hence, the SCSJ CF hands are now taken by the ACTS Church.

So let the journey continue, as we march on together!

But as for this friday 18th June 2010 at 12pm - 1pm, lets march towards the Theatre Hall. Lets be a part of this beautiful event.

Our lifes are, what most people would refer to as- a journey. A journey that holds pain, hurts, dissapointments, and sometimes surprises-pleasant surprises, joy, gratefullness and the list goes on.

Hence, this post goes to those who are striving, and yet not gaining yet. Who are trying but still failing. Those who have grown tired with their phase in life.

Don't give up. Not yet, in fact NEVER give up.
simply because He knows.
He knows your cries, He knows your desires, He knows your pain.

So keep striving and keep trying, because it is only when you stop trying, you have failed. Keep going on. Its a long journey, but you're not alone. It's a crazy journey, but He is right next to you. If your feet grow tired, He will carry you.

Ever heard of the story about a man and His voice? You see, God placed a huge rock in a man's home, like a really big one. And God said to this man, you are to push this rock everyday. And so thsi man obeyed. He tries pushing this huge rock everyday. Even after a couple of years, he still tries, but the rock has never moved an inch! That was when he decided he was going to give up pushing, he said to God, he can't do this anymore, because nothing is happening, its not moving! But all God said was, hey, I didn't say you had to move it, I said push it. And now that you have done it for years, your strength has grown!

sometimes the obstacles are crazy! We try and yet nothing happens. be encouraged that He knows the reason you are put into that situation. If you still don't understand, then ask, He is after all our father.

Passion Of Christ

Last Friday (April 2) we have screening of Passion Of Christ!

Its really an awesome movie!
Because it brings everyone of us to experience what had happen 2000 years ago. What our Lord and Saviour has gone through for us... And yet, His ♥ for us is never shaken even though He is in such great pain!

The great thing is, this movie actually build some foundation in some of us. It reinforce in our heart, that our Lord is so Special! The only God that died for His people so that we will have eternal life! Amen!!

For people who came, they are really bless by it,
1 girl whom i approach, says, she got touch by this movie! And guess what, she indicate that she will continue coming to CF! Praise the Lord! Woohoo!~

After this, we have great fellowship and had our lunch together at Thai Village!

WHats with Resurrection Sunday?

People would ask me what do I do on Resurrection Sunday?
Its of course the usual stuff, going to church with the thought that He was risen up from the dead.

For some of us, we have had so many resurrection Sundays in our lifetime. So how is this year going to be any different?

Some people say, all good things comes to an end. But does it? Isn’t it up to you and I? Yes, life ends on earth, but doesn’t is begin in heaven? Imagine the unlimited praise and worship! The ability to live peacefully with animals!

But coming back, I, for one, realized that there are something in my life that have come to an end. There are times, unintentionally, we rush into the day and rush out of the day, not knowing we’re ending something in us.

But then again, all good things does not come to an end. This resurrection Sunday, think about the things that died inside of us. The passion, or the quiet time, or just the love for praise and worship. Whatever it is, let us resurrect at least one of it.

Nov 20- the screening of the movie Fireproof. (Time slot for 20th Nov is 11:45am -2:30pm since it's a screening of a movie.)

Discovering Your (our) Gifts

Hey! Yesterday we had a great time of worship led by Sandra, games with alot of pointing and a purposeful time of discovering our gifts that God has given specially to each one of us. Ms. Jaime gave each of us a sheet of paper called the Purpose Driven Life Spiritual Health Assessment. We are then required to answer 35 statements which in the end we will calculate and tally our scores to find which purpose we have the highest, second highest and so on.

There's 5 purposes which are:

Worship
Fellowship
Discipleship
Ministry
Missions

So, each of us have different strongest gift. Some may have worship as their strongest gift... which we had quite a number of us who had this, and some of us may have ministry or discipleship as their strongest. Every individual differs.

After doing that fruitful activity, we then had a time of sharing where each of us thanked God for something except air and sunshine because each one of us are thankful for them, Ms. Jaime said and led us here. Then before we end, it's time for prayer! Each one has to say what they want to be prayed for. And so we did, praying for the person on our left.

Yesterday though the numbers were not many, but we had 2 newcomers! Big welcome to Aileen brought by Kenrick and Vicky who had class on Wednesdays but came because her class ended early! whee~ Good to see new faces, and also to Rachel Voon and Keith though it's not their first time but their presence are truly significant!

Btw, if you want to take the assessment to discover your spiritual gifts, you can always look and ask Ms. Jaime at 10th floor or just drop an email scsj.cf2u@gmail.com. We'll be more than happy to help and give to you =)

It'll be from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Why??

Cos some of us are going to send Jason Tham, our CF member off to US!

So, don't hesitate to join us for CF. Though it's only for about an hour, but it'll be a great time to be spent with our brothers and sisters in Christ and new friends. CF time will be back to the usual timing, 5-6:30pm the following CF meetings.

CF is having an outing!! N this time, we're gonna go BOWLING at Summit! (and probably dinner afterwards). Everyone say yahooo!! Hehe :) These are the details below:-

Place: Meet at Ground floor at SEGi College first. (btw we'll be bowling at Summit Shopping Centre!!)

Hey ppl!!! How's your semester break coming along? Hope you all are not complaining of boredom but having a blast out there! xD

Anyway, noticed the four initials up there- ICCF? Okay. .Let me break the news.. ICCF stands for Inter-College Christian Fellowship. And yes, WE ARE INVOLVED to serve God for this event! ICCF is mainly a Christian concert liked event where CFs from different colleges/ universities/ campuses from the Klang Valley gather to help to reach the non- Christians from respective campuses. Our main purpose is to reach out- to let every student hear the gospel at least once. We believe we have been called to reap the harvest for the harvest is ready and plentiful. As we join hands and hearts, let's unite and work together to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ. And also fyi, the committee for this event is a joint effort between SEGi KD and SEGi SJ. We hope in the years to come, ICCF would be the start for greater things and collaborations between more CFs around Klang Valley. Anyways, the details are as follow:

Date: 17th July 2009, Friday
Venue: SEGi Kota Damansara's Multi-Purpose Hall
Time: 7pm
Targets: 600-1000 ppl

So, are you ready?!? Let's bring revolution (change) for Christ into our campuses!

Memories from one of the last CF together for the last semester- Spring 2009

Have you seen a bunch of guys pray together?

Let me show you...

This is called Boys Love. They came out with this phrase thing called Boy's Love in camp! Haha.. It's very encouraging though. A hilariously bunch of crazy ppl that contribute to the craziness in CF. And we thank God for each of them. Without them... CF wouldn't feel like CF, yes? ;)

Moving on... Sisters in Christ. Sisterly love.. Also a wonderful bunch of lovely ladies. Don't underestimate them.. They're tougher and stronger than you think.. ;)

Another semester has gone by. Which means new semester is coming up. But before that, praise God for a great semester! Though things weren't perfect, but God has shown us His mercy and grace again and again. Praise God for these ppl and ppl who aren't in these pictures. Ppl who have helped one way or another. Ppl who has made CF, feels like CF. CF wouldn't be CF without YOU!

See you in the next semester! Same time, same place. Bring your friends along. New semester, new things, GREAT happenings when our GREAT God is in our midst. :)

Hello, ppl!!!

Welcome to our new CF blog! Just so you know, our previous CF blog has already expired unfortunately. But that doesn't stop us from the blogging world right?!? So, here's CF 2 U! So, give some support yea. ^^

Well, just to give you a brief introduction, let's start by telling the activities we did in CF so far!!

CF MEETING

Great-ness!Time of worship, games, worship, Word, prayer and love!

When? : Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month

and also every Monday

Time: 5pm-6.30pm (For the 1st and 3rd Wed)

12pm-1pm (For every Monday)

Venue: Theater Hall, 6th floor (venue might change from time to time though)

In every CF meeting, we gather with our brothers and sisters in Christ to worship God. There will be a short ice breakers to warm us up before we start the session. Worried about being not sporting enough to join us? No worries, we are not here to be popular among others and to judge others but to give all glory to God!

Well, after praise & worship and games, we will then share our testimony & we will pray together for every prayer that is requested or pray about something happening around us because we believe prayer moves mountain and nothing is impossible for God!

From time to time, we do have guest speakers.

Also, we're initiating joint CFs from SEGi Kota Damansara and SEGi Subang once in awhile to encourage and uplift one another in God's abounding love!

CF OUTING(s)

When? : Every last Wednesday of the month

Time and venue: To be confirmed each month

This is something which we have just started. For our first outing, we had dinner together at Lynn's Restaurant at SS15. Our purpose get to know each other better! We might have movies, food and sports activities in the future. No one knows what is next... So stay tuned and check this blog for more updates yeah? :)

We just came back from our very first CF Camp themed The Revolution. More updates and pictures on the camp will be uploaded real soon! It is our desire to have more camps coming up in the near future. So, stay excited in the Lord and in CF! :)
